What will your day to day look like? 

As a Senior BDM, you’ll take ownership of driving new business and expanding existing accounts.  

A typical day might include: 

  • Managing the full sales cycle  
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive account growth 
  • Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars 
  • Developing high-quality technical proposals 
  • Leading contract negotiations and shaping commercial agreements 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce 
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, influencing strategy and product development 

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have proven experience selling technical B2B solutions in industrial or energy markets 
  • Bring a strong understanding of sensor technology and/or data-supported asset health management services 
  • Are confident managing complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders 
  • Have a consultative approach and clear, structured communication style 
  • Have experience in SaaS/software sales 
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or have equivalent technical grounding 
  • Are motivated, ambitious, and excited by growth opportunities in renewable energy 

This role is based in Colorado.
