We’re seeking a true hunter someone passionate about orthopaedics with the network and drive to accelerate business growth. This is a specialist role offering real autonomy, where you’ll act as a brand ambassador and be trusted to generate new business and increase market share across the North of the UK. 

You’ll bring an established orthopaedic network and the ability to engage KOLs from day one, converting relationships into commercial success. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, momentum, and impact.

What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll be responsible for driving regional sales through key account development, new business growth, and customer support. An average day may look like: 

  • Delivering sales within your territory  

  • Planning and executing a joint replacement business plan  

  • Providing local support to existing and new territory customers  

  • Identifying and developing local and business opportunities  

  • Attending trade shows/ exhibitions  

  • Organising and attending training courses in the UK and Europe with surgeons  

  • Monitoring a monthly territory business plan  

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have 5+ years of experience with Orthopaedic sales   

  • Have experience in both account management and new business sales   

  • Understand the NHS and private sector   

  • Can work independently  

  • Have a Business Development Manager Mindset 

  • Are flexible to travel within the role  

  • Can understand and work with margins, profit and loss
