You know the medical world well. You’re comfortable with technology used to improve patient outcomes. You’ve got the sales foundation to go with your clinical understanding, and you want to use both.

What matters now is the portfolio and the path. Access to strong ultrasound technology, the autonomy to grow your accounts properly, and a clear route to keep progressing. You want to use your knowledge in a way that drives results, not sit behind internal processes that slow things down.

In this Sales Specialist role, you’ll focus on growing ultrasound sales across your territory, working closely with clients, building relationships that convert into long-term business. As the team expands, there’s real scope to develop your career alongside it.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Our client is a specialist healthcare technology business supporting hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers with diagnostic imaging equipment. They provide independent servicing, repairs, maintenance, rental and equipment sales, helping healthcare teams reduce downtime, improve efficiency and maintain high standards of patient care.

Combining technical expertise with innovative digital tools, this is a forward-thinking business operating in a sector where the work has real impact.

What will your day to day look like?

This is the perfect sales role for someone with great clinical knowledge. You’ll be driving global sales of ultrasound probes, managing sales cycles from start to finish. An average week might include:

  • Contributing to and executing sales plans for your customer base/territory
  • Handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Preparing and delivery bespoke customer sales presentations
  • Nurturing relationships with key accounts
  • Keeping customer satisfaction levels high
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities and your pipeline

Success in this role looks like delivering on and exceeding your territory sales quotas – you’ll be focused on the European and US markets.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have a degree in a medical or business-related field
  • Can speak the language of clinicians and understand the medical world
  • Know how to build great commercial relationships
  • Are keen and motivated to build a career in sales
  • Are happy to travel regularly across your territory
  • Have exceptional communication and negotiation skills
