As a Sales Representative, you’ll use your existing network across Dutch hospitals and healthcare institutions to develop accounts, create new opportunities, and grow sales across your territory. You’ll be trusted to take an entrepreneurial approach, using your understanding of medical device sales to shape conversations and build lasting customer relationships.

What will your day to day look like? 
You’ll take ownership of sales growth across the Netherlands, building relationships with surgeons, hospitals and healthcare teams while promoting specialist orthopaedic solutions. 
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan 
  • Work towards revenue targets across your region 
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics and healthcare organisations 
  • Promote orthopaedic products across areas such as hip, knee and shoulder surgery 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to product discussions, negotiation and close 
  • Deliver product demonstrations and customer presentations 
  • Provide product training and clinical support when needed 
  • Protect and grow existing customer relationships 
  • Identify new opportunities across your territory 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs 
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth 

You’ll play an important role in growing the Dutch orthopaedics market, building trusted clinical relationships and helping healthcare professionals improve outcomes for patients. 


This role will suit you if you… 
  • Have at least 5 years’ successful sales experience within medical devices 
  • Bring experience in orthopaedics, sports medicine or a related surgical specialty 
  • Have a strong network across Dutch hospitals and healthcare institutions 
  • Are confident building relationships with surgeons, clinical teams and decision-makers 
  • Can manage a territory with ownership, structure and commercial focus 
  • Have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Are entrepreneurial, proactive and driven by results 
  • Can balance new business activity with protecting existing customer relationships 
  • Are comfortable providing product support and training in clinical environments 
  • Speak fluent Dutch and English 

Experience selling joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, sports medicine or wider surgical products would be useful.
