What will your day to day look like?
You’ll take ownership of sales activity across your region, building relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting the safe adoption of specialist women’s health technology.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory
  • Drive revenue growth in line with company targets
  • Build relationships with physicians, clinical teams, office staff and hospital stakeholders
  • Support healthcare professionals with product training and procedure adoption
  • Coordinate one-to-one presentations, hands-on demonstrations and training sessions
  • Proctor and support procedures across hospitals, ASCs and office-based settings
  • Ensure the right products, accessories and inventory are available for cases and training
  • Share customer, patient, competitor, pricing and reimbursement feedback with internal teams
  • Work closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Professional Education and Sales teams
  • Maintain strong product, anatomy, procedure and competitor knowledge
  • Document and report product or procedure complaints in line with quality processes
  • Support company standards around safety, clinical outcomes, compliance and documentation

You’ll play a key role in growing the region while helping clinical teams use the technology safely, confidently and effectively.


This role will suit you if you…
  • Have experience in medical device sales, clinical support or a related clinical setting
  • Understand how to build and execute a regional sales plan
  • Are confident supporting procedures in hospitals, ASCs or office-based environments
  • Can train physicians, clinical teams and healthcare staff on specialist medical technology
  • Have a strong understanding of clinical safety, patient outcomes and professional standards
  • Are comfortable working with Class III medical devices or highly regulated products
  • Can communicate clearly with both clinical and commercial stakeholders
  • Are organised and able to manage inventory, case support and territory activity
  • Work well across internal teams including Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Education
  • Have strong written, verbal and computer skills
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Are comfortable with extensive travel, up to around 75%
