What will your day to day look like? 

This role is focused on driving revenue growth by winning strategic sales opportunities across the industrial reliability sector. Other duties include:  

• Building and delivering sales plans to meet annual targets 
• Growing market share across your defined geography 
• Developing relationships with manufacturing prospects 
• Supporting pre-sales conversations with technical insight 
• Working with product, marketing and commercial teams 
• Collaborating with customers, integrators and industry partners 
• Supporting product, quality and technical issue resolution 
• Providing post-sales troubleshooting when needed 

You’ll be joining a high-performance team with the chance to grow your market presence, deepen your technical expertise, and play a key role in expanding the business across manufacturing customers. 
 

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Must be fluent in German 

  • Have a strong track record in new logo sales 

  • Have 10+ years’ experience selling predictive maintenance technology or aligned solutions 

  • Understand industries such as cement, steel, metals, mining, FMCG, chemicals, or oil and gas 

  • Can build relationships with stakeholders at different levels across an organisation 

  • Bring a hunter mentality and thrive in fast-moving environments 

  • Are degree educated in engineering or a related technical discipline 

  • Can manage competing priorities and partner expectations
