This Sales Manager role offers exactly that. You'll inherit an existing book of business worth around $1m and be tasked with growing it through the sale of additional solutions into existing customers across pharma, life sciences, supply chain, and related industries. Taking over from a long-standing incumbent who is retiring, you'll step into a territory with strong foundations and plenty of opportunity to build on what's already been created.

What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to drive technical B2B sales, working closely with project and technical teams to develop opportunities within industrial environments. As well as:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target accounts
• Building strong relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders
• Working closely with internal project, technical, and pre-sales teams to shape customer solutions
• Understanding customer challenges and positioning technical solutions around clear business value
• Developing knowledge of the market, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategy
• Managing your own schedule, pipeline activity, and customer follow-up with strong organisation and discipline
• Traveling to customer sites and factory locations when required

This role will suit you if you…
• Have 3-6 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
• Can speak fluent French and professional English
• Are commercially aware, results-driven, and confident managing your own sales activity
• Have strong customer relationship skills and can build trust with industrial stakeholders
• Are curious about technical topics and keen to keep learning
• Have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Are comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, project, or pre-sales teams
• Have experience in pharma, regulated industries, packaging, automation, industrial vision, traceability, serialisation, or inspection, although this would be a bonus
