What will your day to day look like?
This role is a great combination of people leaderships and strategic sales. You’ll handle everything related to sales development across EMEA, with success looking like expanding revenue in this region. How you’ll do this? You’ll have the autonomy to map out the detail, but here’s what an average week might include:

Managing the existing UK & Europe sales resources

Leading the sales team activities

Providing the team with forecasts and reports on KPI’s

Making sure pipeline for the region is healthy and up to date

Identifying priority markets and lighthouse accounts across the industry

Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to proposal and close

Attending industry conferences, webinars and customer workshops

Have 5+ years of experience selling high value turbomachinery design software

Know how to find new logo opportunities and can close complex deals

Can really dig into customer needs to create bespoke solutions

Have 2+ years’ experience in sales team management

Know how to coach and manage a team to achieve success

Have a track record of overachieving against revenue targets

Understand Saas on a large scale
