What will your day to day look like?
In a few words, you’ll be growing revenue by leading and managing a high performing Enterprise sales team in North America. You will be leading a team who will be hunting opportunities for business development, discovering new logos, building relationships, and leading complex sales cycles from prospecting to close. An average week might include:

Leading a team of enterprise sales professional in developing and executing strategic plans

Guiding the team in building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities

Coaching Account Executives through high impact discovery meetings

Helping to negotiating complex deals, including pricing, terms and contract structure

Monitoring market trends and the competitive landscape

Advocating for the customer in internal planning and product development meetings
This role will suit you if you…

Have a bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field

Can demonstrate an ability to lead complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders

Have expert knowledge of buying trends and behaviours of manufacturing clients

Have an in depth understanding of MES, Data Historian, and Plant Application or aligned software solutions
-
Experienced leading sizable Enterprise sales teams, carrying a revenue target of above $50m
