Our client is looking for a strategic Sales Leader to run new enterprise sales efforts for their B2B SaaS platform in the energy sector.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be leading the charge on new enterprise business, guiding a small team of Account Executives and personally driving strategic sales efforts from prospecting to close.
You can expect a typical day to involve:
- Leading a team of strategic Account Executives
- Building and executing a winning sales strategy to bring in new enterprise clients
- Overseeing complex sales cycles, from discovery through to negotiation and closing
- Partnering with product and implementation teams to align on customer success
- Keeping an eye on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Representing the brand at industry events and conferences
This role will suit you if you…
- Have 5-7 years of software sales experience (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Have 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- Know how to drive results through a team
- Are skilled at closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients
- Are familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Bring a strategic, data-informed approach to sales planning and forecasting
- Are a confident communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder
- Can successfully work both independently and collaboratively
