This Sales Executive role is focused on growing adoption of advanced AI technology across Germany, with a particular focus around Düsseldorf and the wider industrial market. You’ll be opening new conversations, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and helping manufacturers understand how agentic AI can improve performance across batch, process, and discrete manufacturing environments.
 
It’s a new-business role for someone who enjoys creating momentum. You’ll be joining an established team, but this is still a role that needs someone self-sufficient, curious, and confident enough to build their own pipeline. What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to drive new-logo sales across Germany, introducing agentic AI technology into complex industrial enterprise environments.
 
• Build and manage your own pipeline across strategic industrial accounts
• Lead consultative conversations around agentic AI, autonomous workflows, orchestration, and decision intelligence
• Position the platform as a way for enterprises to move beyond dashboards and copilots into intelligent, automated action
• Engage senior technical and business stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Heads of Digital, and manufacturing leaders
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise opportunities, including 6-7 digit ACV deals
• Work closely with regional sales teams, product specialists, and solution engineering to shape customer conversations
• Develop a strong understanding of customer challenges across manufacturing, energy, aerospace, engineering, construction, and related industrial markets

This role will suit you if you…
• Have proven success selling complex enterprise software in a new-business sales role
• Have experience selling AI, automation, intelligent workflow, or emerging enterprise technology
• Understand how AI can integrate with enterprise systems and operational processes
• Can speak fluent German and professional English
• Are technically credible and confident translating complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes
• Can build relationships with senior stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial teams
• Are self-sufficient, curious, and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch
• Have experience selling into industrial markets such as manufacturing, energy, aerospace, engineering, or construction, although this would be a bonus
