This role is all about growth. You'll be responsible for opening new doors across France, building relationships from scratch, and helping manufacturers understand how advanced AI technology can improve performance across batch, process, and discrete manufacturing environments. What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to drive new-logo sales across France, introducing agentic AI technology into complex industrial enterprise environments.
• Hunt into strategic industrial accounts, generating your own demand as well as working from planned campaigns and install base motions
• Lead consultative sales conversations around agentic AI, autonomous workflows, orchestration, and decision intelligence
• Position the platform as a transformational layer that helps enterprises move beyond dashboards and copilots into autonomous action
• Engage senior technical and business stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Digital
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise opportunities, including 6-7 digit ACV deals
• Work closely with regional sales teams, product specialists, and solution engineering in a matrixed go-to-market model
• Build strong knowledge of industrial customer challenges across manufacturing, energy, aerospace, engineering, construction, and related markets

This role will suit you if you…
• Have proven success selling complex enterprise software in a new-business sales role
• Have experience selling AI, automation, intelligent workflow, or emerging enterprise technology
• Understand how AI can integrate with enterprise systems and operational processes
• Can speak fluent French and professional English
• Are technically credible and confident translating complex AI concepts into commercial outcomes
• Can engage senior stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions
• Are curious, adaptable, and genuinely interested in the future of agentic AI and enterprise automation
• Have experience selling into industrial markets such as manufacturing, energy, aerospace, engineering, or construction, although this would be a bonus
