This Sales Development Rep role gives you that shot. You’ll be an early hire as the business expands into a new country, helping shape how lead generation is done from the ground up. Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is the provider of an innovative, AI-powered next generation change management solution for mechanical engineering teams. Designed to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and provide unique insights across CAD models; so, teams can review, comment, and track design revisions more quickly and securely.

What will your day to day look like?
Imagine a role where you’re playing one of the biggest roles in a company’s growth. A role where you’re building great relationships, generating warm leads for the sales team, and growing your career whilst you’re at it. That’s this role.
 
You’ll be tasked with identifying and pursuing prospective business, as well as generating new leads. Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Researching and identifying potential new business 
  • Executing outbound prospecting via multiple channels 
  • Generating leads for the sales team 
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on fit and interest 
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and a consistent pipeline 
  • Making sure handovers to the sales/AE team are smooth 

There’s loads of room for growth in this role too, with plenty of opportunities to really develop as the business grows in the US. 
 

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have a few years’ experience in a lead gen focused role 
  • Understand tools like Solidworks, Creo and Autodesk 
  • Are familiar with manufacturing environments 
  • Like the sound of getting stuck-in in a start-up environment 
  • Thrive off hitting and exceeding your targets
