Who's it for and what's in it for you?
Quality of life for patients is at the very heart of our everything our client does. They’re a surgical fixation and joint replacement manufacturer who work across the globe to equip surgeons with the very best in orthopaedic products and instruments. They’re in a real period of expansion right now too, so it’s a great time to join them.
When it comes to working for them? They’re all about making sure their employees can grow and thrive both in and out of work. Their benefits package covers the big stuff – like funded L&D, extended parental leave, and plenty of opportunities to earn a bonus – to the nice-to-have extras (think things like discounts on your high street shopping, subsidised gyms, and more).
Plus, they boast a load of employees with over a decade with them – testament to how well they look after their people and how well they’d look after you, too.
