This Sales & Marketing Director role puts you at the centre of that growth. You’ll join a growing medical device company within the Eye Care sector on an upward trajectory, where you'll be shaping and executing the commercial strategy across sales and marketing. It’s a role for someone who wants to lead from the front, work closely with senior leadership, and align a team behind a clear vision.

What will your day to day look like? 

You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth and accelerating performance. An average week may look like: 

  • Developing and delivering a successful commercial strategy 

  • Driving revenue growth, margin improvement and market penetration  

  • Implementing structured pipeline forecasting  

  • Ensuring operational delivery supports commercial success  

  • Building relationships with customers, suppliers and partners  

  • Managing and coaching the sales and marketing team 

  • Analysing market dynamics to identify opportunities 

This role will suit you if you…

  • Understand marketing and brand strategy/positioning 

  • Can drive sales performance and accelerate revenue growth 

  • Understand how to get the best out of a sales and marketing team
