This Sales Account Executive role gives you that platform. You’ll join a growing B2B project management SaaS business focused on expanding its customer base, with the backing, structure, and progression path to help you step into more senior roles as you deliver results.

They’re a mission-critical project management software provider who help asset-intensive organisations to maximise their time, get the most out of their budgets, and keep things compliant. At every stage of a project, the tech is there to help them stay on task and on time. 

They’re now looking to add some extra firepower in regions with great growth potential, hence this role being available. It’s a great time to join them as they look to scale across the globe, backed by one of the world’s largest software companies.


What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be tasked with driving enterprise sales across your region – boosting new business and customer adoption of the software. Whilst you’ll have a great set of data to get you started, you‘ll need to have the appetite and confidence to cold prospect, alongside identifying and nurturing leads. In collaboration with your team, on an average week you’ll be tasked with: 
 
  • Finding sales opportunities and working to qualify and close them
  • Converting leads to prospects and prospects to customers
  • Understanding customer pain points and tailoring solutions
  • Acting as the voice of the customer for product development
  • Advising customers on best use of the software
  • Building and maintaining a CRM system that will deliver you sales success

You’ll be motivated to hit and succeed sensible sales-based KPIs. This role reports into both local HK and regional APAC management, so it’s a great opportunity to make an impact in a really visible way, as well as getting the support to properly progress your career.


About you

Ideally, you’ll have 2 years’ experience in SaaS sales, but more important is that you’re ambitious and hungry, and really want to get stuck into a sales role. This role will suit you if you:
 
  • Aren’t afraid to cold prospect, identify opportunities and close
  • Are great at digging into customer needs and tailoring solutions
  • Know how to spot new business opportunities
  • Have great negotiation skills and know how to build rapport and great relationships
  • Have worked with CRM systems before
  • Know how to collaborate with others to deliver sales success
