What will your day to day look like? 

In this role you’ll join the Sales team with the aim of growing market share. How you’ll do this? An average week might include: 

  • Conducting targeted campaigns with prospective customers 
  • Selling the product portfolio into prospect accounts 
  • Meeting with senior and technical buyers to dig into business needs 
  • Creating tailored value propositions for customers 
  • Supporting the sales team through full sales lifecycles 
  • Handling sales forecasting and data analysis 
  • Developing sales plans that help generate pipeline and achieve quota targets 

There’s lots of ownership and visibility in this role as you’ll be owning the full sales cycle, and success looks like consistently meeting and exceeding your quarterly sales targets. 

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have at least 8 years of experience selling software solutions 
  • Understand the Energy industry (ideally including Power & Renewables) 
  • Are great at negotiating and closing deals 
  • Are highly coachable and are comfortable with honest and direct feedback 
  • Know how to handle complex, consultative and highly technical sales cycles 
  • Are gritty and are used to longer sales cycles 
  • Think strategically and sell strategically 
  • Are happy to travel regularly for events and to meet with customers
