What will your day to day look like?

When we say this role is shaping the future of the business, we mean it. You’ll be leading their growth strategy for the Silicon Valley area, including establishing a regional office, hiring a top-performing team, and getting stuck into strategy at every opportunity. Here’s some things you’ll be tasked with:
 
  • Building and leading a high performing team
  • Identifying opportunities to win new business and expand relationships
  • Developing and executing regional business plans
  • Building long-term relationships with senior decision makers
  • Managing P&L performance 

Success in this role looks like growth in the region, driven through a team of top-performing sales people who are focused on revenue growth and profitability.


This role will suit you if you…
 
  • Have over 10 years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Have coached and managed successful sales teams
  • Know how to lead complex solution sales
  • Understand how to effectively scale a sales team
  • Have closed large enterprise deals ($500k+)
  • Know how to handle long sales cycles
  • Are strategically minded
  • Have had a maximum of 3 employers in the past 12 years
  • Understand customer pain points and how to solve them
  • Are brilliant at building long-lasting relationships with customers

If you’ve got an existing network of executive level contacts in the Silicon Valley area, this would be a real bonus and stand you in good stead for this role.
