What will your day to day look like?

This role is, naturally, all about renewals. You’ll handle customer renewals across the business to make sure our client have reams of happy repeat customers. What this might look like day-to-day is: 
  • Resolving customer enquiries 
  • Managing long-term relationships with customers 
  • Maximising contract value by listening to customer needs and suggesting solutions 
  • Working with other internal teams to successfully execute renewals 
  • Handling sensitive customer information 
  • Providing feedback to the team 
  • Developing playbooks for successful renewal execution 
  • Looking after customer lifecycle management 
  • Forecasting and account planning 
  • Upselling and cross selling
