Regional Sales Representative
North America
$100,000 - $120,000
You’ve built a strong base in industrial sales and you’re comfortable having technical conversations with customers across pharma, life sciences, or cosmetics. You know how machinery fits into their processes and how to grow relationships that last.
Now you’re looking for ownership and progression. A product with real industry fit, the ability to make an impact on your territory, and a clear path forward as you deliver results.
This Regional Sales Representative role gives you that. You’ll join a growing packaging machinery business, driving sales across your territory with commission in place and the support to keep developing as you go. It’s built for someone who wants visibility, responsibility, and momentum.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client designs and produces a wide range of packaging machines and lines for the pharmaceutical industry, designed to promptly respond to any kind of request, from standard to extraordinary.
When you join them you’ll join a team that’s all about its people. You’ll access a whole range of benefits, from the standard things you’d expect (a car allowance, solid medical coverage, 401k) to things like funded, ongoing professional development and a meritocratic approach to career progression. It’s a great place to make an impact and build something for the future.
What will your day to day look like?
This is a true sales role, where you’ll be hunting for new business and building commercial relationships across the pharma industry. An average week might include:
- Developing and executing sales plans for your customer base/territory
- Handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Preparing and delivery bespoke customer sales presentations
- Supporting with customer account management
- Dealing with customer enquiries to deliver strong customer service
- Keeping the CRM system up to date with all sales activities
- Regularly reporting on territory performance and pipeline status
- Coordinating customer order requirements with other internal teams
Success in this role looks like delivering on and exceeding your territory sales quotas.
This role will suit you if you…
- Have 2+ years’ experience in an aligned sales role
- Know how to sell into the pharma, lifesciences or supply chain markets
- Love building strong, commercial relationships with customers
- Can turn market trends and customer feedback into actionable insights
