What will your day to day look like? 

This role is a pure management role, so you’ll be tasked with driving sales in your region through helping your team to hit their targets. The team is made up of 6 people, across sales and clinical specialist roles. This means a typical day could include: 
  • Supporting your team to sell the orthopaedic product portfolio 
  • Coming up with sales strategies for your region 
  • Mentoring and supporting your sales team to help them thrive 
  • Getting out there and attending customer meetings, trade shows, and workshops 
  • Keeping records up to date for your region 
  • Reporting on monthly sales data and activities 
  • Keeping up with the latest goings on in the market 

 

This role will suit you if you… 
  • Have been good at selling into NHS theatres (ideally for over 5 years) 
  • Know a thing or two about orthopaedics 
  • Have mentored or managed others before 
  • Are a great relationship-builder 
  • Have a driving license 
  • Are happy to travel across the North of the UK
