What will your day to day look like?
This role is focused on leading revenue growth across EMEA North, shaping regional sales strategy, and building a high-performing team across data-driven manufacturing and analytics. Responsibilities will include:

Owning and delivering regional revenue targets across software and services

Defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for EMEA North

Building a strong pipeline through direct sales, partners and alliances

Leading complex, value-based sales conversations with senior stakeholders

Recruiting, coaching and developing a strong performing sales team

Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances and Product
-
Driving strong CRM discipline, forecasting and pipeline management
-
Staying close to market trends across manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and analytics

Have 10+ years’ enterprise software sales experience

Have led regional enterprise sales teams

Understand UK and EMEA markets, especially Northern Europe

Can lead consultative, value-based sales conversations

Have sold into manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors

Can build executive-level relationships in complex organisations

Are confident with pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline

Are comfortable travelling across the UK and EMEA North
