The best sales managers in healthcare don't sit on the sidelines. They're in the field, supporting their teams, coaching through challenges, and leading by example. They understand what good looks like because they've done the job themselves.

This Regional Business Manager role combines the best of both worlds. You'll lead and develop a team while maintaining a close connection to customers, helping drive growth across a region that makes a genuine difference to patients living with chronic conditions. It's a role for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams just as much as they enjoy winning business.

You'll be trusted to shape regional strategy, coach individuals to higher levels of performance, and work with a product portfolio that is well respected by both clinicians and patients. Reporting directly to the UK Director, you'll have the visibility and responsibility that comes with a key leadership position, without losing touch with the commercial side of the business.

For someone looking to step into greater leadership responsibility while remaining close to the action, this is a chance to build a successful region, develop a strong team, and play a meaningful role in the next stage of the company's growth.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client focuses on providing dynamic solutions to help treat chronic conditions in Chronic care for patients across the UK. In addition to this, they offer a home delivery service of their products. This unique, friendly, and professional service continues to specialise and expand in products across the medical device industry.
What can they offer you? As well as a competitive base salary, uncapped bonus potential, pension, and company car – you will join a company committed to their customers and patients.

What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to lead commercial growth across your region, coaching a team of Territory Business Managers while increasing patient numbers, revenue, and market share.
  • Develop and deliver a regional strategy aligned with national sales goals
  • Lead, coach, and support the field team through regular customer visits and development activity
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust plans to keep the region on track
  • Build relationships with regional KOLs, NHS stakeholders, payers, and healthcare systems
  • Overcome prescribing barriers and support formulary, pathway, and clinical guidance discussions
  • Use CRM, market data, and forecasting to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing, clinical, regulatory, digital, and product teams
  • Strengthen product knowledge, compliance, and value-based selling across the team
This is a visible, hands-on leadership opportunity within a growing medical device business, with plenty of scope to develop your team, influence commercial strategy, and progress as the company expands.

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have strong medical device sales experience, ideally within chronic or secondary care
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets before moving into leadership
  • Have people management, coaching, or mentoring experience
  • Understand consumable medical products and complex NHS prescribing pathways
  • Can build credibility with clinical stakeholders, KOLs, payers, and commercial teams
  • Are commercially sharp and confident using data, forecasts, and territory plans
  • Have experience managing multi-product portfolios and developing value propositions
  • Are a hands-on, player-manager who enjoys being in the field with customers and the team
  • Have experience in vascular access, renal, oncology, or patient engagement, although this would be beneficial rather than essential
