Our client is on the lookout for a Program Buyer to support exciting engineering programmes with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll be managing end-to-end procurement for project-specific parts, services, and tooling. Ensuring everything arrives on time, within budget, and to spec.
You can expect an average day to involve:
- Sourcing, purchasing, and expediting goods and services against project deadlines
- Liaising with Programme and Production teams to ensure accurate and timely supply
- Managing project-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Researching new suppliers and preparing nominations in line with technical and commercial needs
- Monitoring stock levels and planning order schedules accordingly
- Building great relationships with suppliers
This role will suit you if you…
- Have at least 1 year’s experience in a procurement or buying role
- Have some exposure to (or a strong interest in) motorsport or technical/engineering sectors
- Understand how to build supplier relationships and negotiate effectively
- Are confident using Excel and working with BOMs or stock reports
- Have great communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Are open to occasional travel to suppliers or production sites
