You know endoscopy well, but you’re looking for the chance to become a real specialist in the space. You want to stay close to clinicians, deepen your understanding of the technology, and be someone customers and colleagues trust for genuine product expertise.

As a Product Specialist, you’ll work across an endoscopy portfolio, bringing together your clinical, product, and commercial knowledge to support customers across the UK. You’ll need to understand the realities of NHS procurement and the wider healthcare market while keeping close to new products, procedures, and developments in the field.

If you enjoy being the person others turn to for answers, this is an opportunity to build deeper expertise and work with innovative endoscopy technology. You’ll combine customer interaction with product knowledge and play an important part in how the portfolio is understood and adopted across the market.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client sits at the heart of healthcare. They develop medical imaging, AI and digital tech that helps clinicians to diagnose conditions earlier and make better decisions for their patients. From MRI to CT, X-Ray to Ultrasound, their technologies combine cutting edge systems with a very human purpose that's all about making a difference.

Speaking of making a difference, they're a great place to be if you want to really advance your career. They'll support you from day one, through proper education programmes, exposure to lots of different projects across the business, and proper professional development. You'll also get access to a solid benefits package that includes things like performance bonuses, a set of wheels, medical coverage, more annual leave than the average, and a generous pension scheme.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll help shape the direction and commercial success of a specialist hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) endoscopy portfolio, including ERCP devices and consumables. Combining product management with clinical application support, you’ll work closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure products meet clinical needs across the UK.

You will also be:
  • Developing product strategies and managing the product lifecycle, from new launches through to updates and withdrawals.
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Building relationships with clinical experts and key opinion leaders to understand their priorities and support product adoption.
  • Supporting sales colleagues with product expertise, marketing materials and clinical evaluations.
  • Working with marketing, regulatory and quality teams to support effective, compliant product launches.
  • Monitoring revenue, profitability and product performance, sharing insights and recommendations with senior management.
  • Travelling regularly to customer sites and attending internal meetings as part of a home-based role.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Bring relevant experience in medical devices, ideally within endoscopy, HPB or ERCP.
  • Can combine an understanding of clinical needs with a commercially minded approach to product development and growth.
  • Enjoy building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and translating their feedback into practical improvements.
  • Are confident supporting product demonstrations and clinical evaluations, and sharing specialist knowledge with colleagues.
  • Can interpret market information and performance data to make informed recommendations.
  • Are a collaborative team player who works effectively across sales, marketing, clinical and regulatory functions.
  • Can manage competing priorities independently and are comfortable with significant travel across the UK.
