What will your day-to-day look like?
You'll be responsible for growing and managing business across your region - building strong relationships, driving new opportunities, and supporting customers with training and service. A typical day might involve;
• Delivering against sales targets and KPIs
• Identifying new business opportunities, expanding your customer base
• Providing training and support to clinical teams
• Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Maintaining CRM records and forecasting accurately
• Monitoring competitor activity and share insights with the team
• Supporting tender processes with insights and territory data
This role will suit you if you…
• Have at least 18 months of medical device sales experience
• Have sold to NHS consultants and senior nursing decision-makers
• Know your way around procurement channels and hospital systems
• Are a strong communicator - both written and verbal
• Are emotionally intelligent and naturally curious in a consultative sale
• Have solid territory knowledge and a local network you can tap into
• Can analyse numbers and use data to drive decisions
• Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
