Product Marketing Manager
North America
$160,000 - $200,000
FMC Talent is partnered with a manufacturing software business backed by a growth investor. Its platform connects people, machines, and workflows to help manufacturers reduce downtime, improve productivity, and solve problems on the factory floor.
What’s in it for you?
- Ownership across the whole platform. Set the direction for positioning, product launches, and sales enablement, with room to put your own ideas into practice.
- Direct access to leadership. Report to the marketing and product leader, and work closely with the CEO and other executives. Your contribution will be visible.
- Support around you. Join an established marketing team with dedicated content, communications, design, demand generation, and RevOps resources.
- Room to develop. Broaden your involvement in product strategy, packaging and pricing, with support from leadership. Strong performers should take advantage of the potential to build out the product marketing team around you, as the business grows.
The opportunity
You’ll own product marketing across the full offering, connecting what the product does with why customers should care.
Your priorities will be to:
- Lead launch planning across monthly releases and larger product announcements, driving customer awareness and adoption.
- Develop clear positioning and messaging that translates technical capabilities into business value.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success with practical presentations, battlecards, product content and training.
- Develop the analyst relations strategy and support briefings that strengthen market positioning.
- Use customer insight and competitive intelligence to influence messaging and product decisions.
About you
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven experience leading product launches and creating sales enablement materials, supported by strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience participating in analyst relations programmes, including briefings or inquires.
- The confidence to influence stakeholders, set priorities and follow through on delivery.
This is an individual contributor role, suited to someone who enjoys both setting direction and creating the materials that bring it to life.
Preferred experience: Manufacturing, industrial software, or frontline workforce technology. But this is not a dealbreaker.
Location
Ideally, you’ll be within reach of Burlington, MA, for 1-2 office days per week alongside marketing and product colleagues. Fully remote candidates may not be considered.
