As a Product Marketing Manager you’ll have that space. This role exists because the company is growing, giving you real influence over how you take products into new markets. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, lead initiatives across B2B and B2G audiences, and make an impact that’s genuinely visible.

What will your day to day look like? 

Your key focus will be on launching new products into markets and growing brand/product awareness. How’ you’ll do this? An average week may look like: 

  • Developing and measuring the impact of marketing plans and strategies. 

  • Leading the creation of campaign toolkits and messaging for product launches 

  • Ensuring the brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards are consistent across channels.  

  • Managing the annual marketing calendar  

  • Understanding customer needs, market changes, competitor activity and trends 

  • Identifying and flagging opportunities for new market development 

  • Co-ordinating all campaigns, voice of customer events, marketing events, PR and digital activity 

You’ll report directly into the Head of Marketing in this role, so you can be sure your work is visible, as well as having your professional development supported by a great mentor. 

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have a degree in Health, Life Sciences or Business  

  • Have 5+ years of B2B or B2G marketing experience  

  • Understand product marketing within the health and/ or care sector 

  • Can develop and market solution-based brands  

  • Can develop marketing plans that drive customer lifetime value  

  • Are willing to travel nationally and globally (Up to 30%)
