Product Manager - Public Sector

What will your day-to-day look like?
You’ll be at the heart of product development, owning and shaping the tools public agencies use to plan and coordinate utility work for major infrastructure projects. From digging into workflows like permitting and right-of-way (ROW) planning to collaborating with AI teams, this is a significant role with real-world results.

A typical day might involve:

• Talking to DOT stakeholders about their planning pain points
• Leading the product lifecycle for features serving DOTs and public infrastructure agencies
• Partnering with engineering and design to deliver a user-centric, high-quality product
• Tracking success metrics and iterating based on adoption, feedback, and impact
• Collaborating with Customer Success to drive onboarding, training, and satisfaction
• Contribute to efforts with value positioning and internal enablement

This role will suit you if you…

• Have 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally building B2B or SaaS products
• Have worked with (or for) public sector clients like DOTs, municipalities, or transit agencies
• Are comfortable running agile processes and writing clear, concise PRDs
• Can navigate complexity - across data, GIS, and AI-driven features
• Have a genuine passion for civil engineering infrastructure
