What will your day to day look like? 
You will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of the sales team by translating customer needs into compelling solutions. Your day-to-day could include: 
  • Delivering substantive, technical advice that is both functional and aligned with customers’ requirements 
  • Supporting sales colleagues in tenders and complex bid processes 
  • Delivering impactful product presentations and demonstrations to customers 
  • Partnering closely with the Sales team to produce strategy and accelerate opportunities from qualification to close 
  • Providing structured feedback from customers in the market to internal Product and R&D teams 


This role will suit you if you… 
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ pre-sales experience, or similar customer-facing technical role, within SaaS 
  • Are able to engage and influence key senior and C-level stakeholders in complex business environments 
  • Have a strong understanding of EAM. CMMS, or similar asset-intensive SaaS solutions, and how to deliver value 
  • Also have a background in asset-intensive industries, such as manufacturing, industrial operations, or transportation
