What will your day to day look like?

This is a properly consultative role where you’ll be digging into customer needs to help them get ready for digital transformation initiatives. An average week might include:
 
  • Consulting with customers and prospects to bespoke solutions to their needs
  • Helping the sales team to effectively progress opportunities
  • Developing and delivering high-impact technical demos of the software
  • Clearly get across the benefits of the product portfolio to customers
  • Providing technical pre-sales support to partners
  • Helping to answer RFx documentation requests and technical assessments
  • Providing customer feedback to internal teams to support future product roadmaps


Success in this role looks like driving customer satisfaction and supporting the achieving of ARR targets.


This role will suit you if you…
 
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in a SaaS focused pre-sales role
  • Have experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
  • Are degree educated in an Engineering discipline
  • Understand MES, ERP, IIoT, WMS, QMS, SPC and other industrial systems
  • Love getting into the technical detail of software 
  • Are fluent in English and German
  • Are comfortable with travelling regularly
