This role is for someone who enjoys being that trusted advisor. Someone who understands manufacturing, ERP, and complex operational environments, and can bridge the gap between technical capability and business value. You'll work alongside sales, but your influence will come from your expertise, credibility, and ability to solve problems rather than simply present software.

Joining a business with a strong track record in the industrial sector, you'll play a key role in helping customers navigate digital transformation projects, shape solution strategies, and build confidence in the technology. You'll work closely with prospects, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, becoming a recognised voice throughout the buying journey.

What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to support sales growth and cloud transformation opportunities across Sweden, helping customers understand how specialist ERP software can solve complex business and operational challenges. 
  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape account strategy
  • Lead discovery workshops, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Engage C-level, senior business, and operational stakeholders
  • Translate customer needs into clear business and solution value
  • Develop business cases, ROI messaging, and solution proposals
  • Act as the link between Sales, customers, and Professional Services
  • Design scalable solution approaches that balance value and feasibility
  • Share market insight on customer needs, competition, and local requirements 

This is a strong opportunity to become a trusted advisor to Swedish manufacturing and mid-market customers, develop your strategic consulting skills, and play a visible role in major cloud and ERP transformation projects.

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have experience in presales, solution consulting, business consulting, or a similar customer-facing software role
  • Can build credibility with C-level executives and operational teams
  • Have strong discovery, listening, presentation, and communication skills
  • Can translate customer challenges into business outcomes, ROI, and solution value
  • Understand the full presales cycle, from qualification through to handover
  • Have experience with manufacturing ERP as a consultant, project manager, or solution specialist
  • Understand manufacturing, distribution, or mid-market business processes
  • Can speak Swedish and English confidently
  • Are comfortable with hybrid working and travelling several days per week across Sweden
