The best partner ecosystems don't happen by chance. They’re built through strong relationships, clear strategy, and a genuine commitment to helping partners succeed. If you've worked in industrial software, automation, IIoT, or manufacturing technology, you'll know that the right partner network can be one of the biggest drivers of growth.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of strategic partner relationships within a business bringing together some of the most respected technologies in industrial connectivity, manufacturing operations, and IIoT. You'll work closely with partners to help them grow, enable their teams, develop joint go-to-market plans, and create the kind of ecosystem that delivers long-term value for everyone involved.

For someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing strategy, and helping others succeed, this is an opportunity to play a visible role in the growth of a business at a particularly exciting stage of its journey. You'll have the chance to shape how the partner function develops, work with highly regarded technology, and make a meaningful impact on future growth.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Our client is shaping the future of industrial manufacturing by helping manufacturers modernise operations through their advanced automation, AI, IoT, and connected data platforms. Combining the scale and resources of established names with the agility of a newly formed high-growth business, they support thousands of customers worldwide across mission-critical manufacturing environments.

And the growth opportunities in this company are almost unlimited. With the wide range of industries this software is applicable in and the quality of the platform on offer, you will be joining at a pivotal stage of growth and be part of their journey. If you thrive in a culture that’s defined by collaboration, speed, and ambition, then this is the perfect opportunity to build a long-term, lasting impact in a crucial industry.

What will your day to day look like?

The key focus of this role is to build, enable, and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem across the manufacturing sector, helping partners succeed with complex industrial software solutions.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of resellers, system integrators, engineering firms, and automation partners

  • Develop long-term partner account plans, including growth targets, business planning, and capacity planning

  • Support partners with enablement, training, certification, and go-to-market activity

  • Work with partners on joint marketing and pipeline generation initiatives

  • Monitor partner performance, identify risks or gaps, and support improvement plans

  • Collaborate with regional and global channel leaders to align partner priorities and execution

  • Track partner metrics, maintain strong data hygiene, and ensure compliance with programme standards

This is a strong opportunity to help shape a next-generation channel organisation, working with specialist partners across industrial automation, IIoT, MES/MOM, analytics, and manufacturing software.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have strong experience in partner management, channel sales, or ecosystem development

  • Have worked within industrial automation, manufacturing software, IIoT, MES/MOM, SCADA, or a related technical market

  • Understand how system integrators, resellers, OT consultants, engineering firms, or automation partners operate

  • Can build trusted relationships with partner leadership and internal stakeholders

  • Are confident delivering partner training, enablement, certification, or joint go-to-market programmes

  • Are highly organised and comfortable managing partner plans, performance, capacity, and growth targets

  • Can operate well in a fast-changing or evolving go-to-market environment

  • Are happy travelling up to 40% for partner onboarding, training, meetings, and events
