Partner - Executive Sales
North America
This Partner role exists because our client is growing, giving you the freedom to drive strategy while having support when you need it. Progression is genuinely supported, and you’ll have access to leadership development and tailored training to keep moving forward in the direction you want.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
FMC is supporting one of the world’s leading providers of reliability consulting across process and discrete manufacturing markets. Working in close partnership with their customers, they help drive improved business performance through more reliable, efficient operations. You’ll be joining a team that’s transforming industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, and mining by bridging the gap between traditional consultancy expertise and modern data-driven technology. They see themselves as a true hybrid, combining deep consulting capability with advanced engineering services, data management, training, and ongoing operational support throughout the full asset lifecycle.
Their approach brings together data from multiple sources to give facilities a unified, actionable view of their assets, enabling organisations to understand where improvements can be made and how to achieve them.
As for working there, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that’s better than the norm and is designed to support the whole you, including comprehensive health insurance and even extra time off for volunteering. Plus, you’ll be joining a company that truly values professional growth, offering comprehensive training and strong leadership development programs. They also value long service, with more PTO the longer you work there and regular recognition for people who’ve put in the years – no wonder they have a loyal, long-standing team.
