What will your day to day look like? 

You'll take ownership of the entire onboarding process for new customers Proof of Concepts (POCs) and bridging the gap between Account Executives and Post Sales. An average day may look like: 

  • Conducting user interviews to understand customer workflows  

  • Creating onboarding and configuration concepts  

  • Setting up customer accounts  

  • Managing the onboarding and POC process  

  • Planning timelines and coordinating milestones  

  • Guiding new users through the platform  

  • Identifying and mitigating any risks  

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Are fluent in German and English  

  • Have strong project management skills 

  • Understand technology, CRM systems and process driven work 

  • Are willing to travel to meet customers on site
