Are you seasoned in B2B sales? Are you based in the Northeast US? Our client is looking for you to join their scaling division and lead new business deals across the construction space. 
The company
Backed by a fresh round of investment, our client is becoming a leading vendor for solutions aimed at accurately managing construction sites by mitigating inefficiencies and risk. Due to the quality of their AI solutions, they’re already taking wearable technology in the construction market from its fledgling stages to some of the largest contractors and engineering firms globally.

The role
You’ll leverage your network of construction executives and project managers to target new accounts. You’ll create the foundations for successful, long-term relationships, aligning the product portfolio with their strategy. You will bring a hunter-mindset, a sense of integrity, and excellent listening and negotiation skills to your stakeholder management.  
Responsibilities include:
  • Adopting a consultancy approach
  • Providing unique industry insights 
  • Building and developing a robust sales pipeline 
  • Developing, hitting and sales targets
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates

The requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a hunter and closer by heart. Other requirements include: 
  • Construction degree or MBA qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable)
  • Proven success in B2B sales, within the Construction space 
  • Excellent networker and able to build high-level relationships at all levels 
  • Self-motivated to open commercial opportunities
  • Able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment 
  • A ‘big hitter’ with a demonstrable ability to exceed sales targets 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to drive innovation and come up with new ideas and solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to prepare documentation and training
  • Natural collaborator with high charisma
