What will your day-to-day look like?
You’ll be the go-to person for driving sales and getting our client’s modern, modular healthcare buildings in front of the right people - from NHS Trusts to private healthcare providers. Your job will be to make sure decision-makers see just how game-changing our client’s solutions can be for their infrastructure needs.
Here’s what your week might look like:
- Spotting and chasing new business opportunities
- Building lasting relationships with key players in healthcare and construction
- Owning your sales pipeline?
- Keeping momentum all the way through to deal close
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients find tailored solutions that really work for them
- Staying one step ahead of market trends and competitor moves
- Negotiating deals like a pro and locking in wins for both sides
- Teaming up with colleagues across the business to keep projects smooth
This role will suit you if you…
- Have a proven track record in sales or business development
- Ideally, have worked in healthcare, construction, or related sectors
- Understand the NHS and private healthcare landscape
- Are great at building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Can confidently engage at C-level
- Know how to manage high-value sales and rental deals
- Have a track record of consistently hitting targets
- Are strategic and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Are self-motivated, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Hold a full UK driving licence and are willing to travel frequently
