National Account Executive – Germany
Location: Germany | Remote
Sector: Industrial Technology / Manufacturing Software
Compensation: €220,000 OTE | 50/50 split
About the company
Our client is an established international technology business providing software and digital solutions to manufacturing organisations.
Its platform is designed specifically for frontline manufacturing teams, helping Production, Maintenance and Quality functions work more effectively together. By connecting people directly to real-time information from the shop floor, the technology enables teams to identify issues earlier, communicate more effectively and take action without waiting for information to move through multiple layers of the organisation.
Rather than focusing solely on machines, automation or enterprise-level reporting, the platform puts the people running manufacturing operations at the centre of digital improvement. It combines software with a structured approach to adoption, helping manufacturers improve productivity, increase output and embed more consistent ways of working across their sites.
The business works with mid-sized and enterprise manufacturers across multiple industries, supporting both individual facilities and larger multi-site manufacturing organisations.
Operating as part of a large global organisation, the company benefits from significant financial stability, established infrastructure and continued investment while retaining a specialist focus within the manufacturing technology market.
The opportunity
This is a commercially focused National Account Executive position with responsibility for growing the German market.
You will own the full sales cycle, combining new-logo acquisition with the development of existing customer relationships.
The role involves selling into manufacturers where the value proposition is closely connected to measurable operational outcomes. Conversations will typically centre around productivity, production efficiency, communication between shop-floor teams, operational visibility and the ability to resolve issues more quickly.
You will work with mid-market and enterprise manufacturers across Germany, engaging operational leaders and executive decision-makers to understand how their facilities currently operate and where the technology can deliver measurable improvements.
This is a remote position requiring regular customer-facing travel across Germany.

Why apply?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant European market within an established international technology business.
The proposition is centred on a tangible manufacturing challenge: giving frontline teams the information, communication and structure they need to improve performance in real time. That creates a sales conversation based on operational outcomes and demonstrable value rather than a purely discretionary software purchase.
You will have responsibility for both creating new customer relationships and developing existing accounts, with the potential to build relationships from an initial facility into broader multi-site opportunities.
The role offers substantial autonomy, regular exposure to manufacturing customers and the opportunity to work closely with operational and executive stakeholders.
The business also benefits from the stability and investment of a large global organisation while maintaining a specialist focus on manufacturing technology.
The compensation package is approximately €220,000 OTE on a 50/50 split, alongside a remote working model and regular customer travel across Germany.
