What will your day to day look like?
This role is all about helping clients streamline their production environments through smart, integrated digital solutions. You'll be a key subject matter expert and lead consultant in delivering overall Manufacturing Execution Software solutions, both pre-sale and post-sale. You’ll be doing things like; 
  • Map out current processes and data flows
  • Leading solution design workshops
  • Defining tailored technical architectures
  • Guiding internal implementation teams
  • Overseeing system configuration
  • Providing training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
  • Troubleshooting complex issues during rollout
  • Identifying opportunities to improve production performance
  • Helping to close knowledge gaps in client operations and connect disconnected processes

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have hands on experience with tech solutions
  • Have worked in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Understand how factory operations work and where digital tools can add value
  • Have led technical workshops
  • Enjoy translating business needs into system designs
  • Are confident working with both engineers and senior leadership
  • Have experience training end users or internal teams on new tools
  • Are comfortable solving real-world problems and love a good challenge
  • Can be in the office Mondays and Tuesdays
