What will your day to day look like? 

With this being a sales role, you can probably guess that success here looks like hitting and exceeding your targets for the neurology portfolio. But how does that play out on a day-to-day basis? Here’s what you might find yourself doing: 
  • Delivering and fine tuning sales strategies for your region 
  • Building great relationships with customers (specifically neuro centres) 
  • Keeping BD plans up to date 
  • Demonstrating products to customers 
  • Attending exhibitions and conferences 
  • Spotting opportunities to expand accounts and win new ones 
  • Keeping up to date with what’s going on in the market, and reporting on it 

This role will suit you if you… 
  • Have a few years’ sales experience  
  • Are happy selling into a theatre or OR environment 
  • Know how to speak to surgeons and other clinicians 
  • Can translate technical info into accessible demos/presentations 
  • Know a thing or two about the buying processes for NHS and private hospitals 
  • Can spot opportunities and know how to go after them 
  • Are happy to travel across your territory regularly 

If you’ve got neuro experience then that’s a real bonus, but it’s not a deal breaker.
