This role is exactly that. Our client is growing rapidly and is looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join their Leeds office.

What will your day to day look like? 
 
From customer workshops to national conferences, you’ll be the person who makes everything run like clockwork. You’ll also get involved in the creative side. Keeping the marketing collateral fresh, supporting digital activities and ensuring everything stays on brand.  

Your day to day might look a little bit like this:

  • Coordinating events and keeping everything running smoothly 
  • Managing project timelines and making sure key dates don’t get missed 
  • Liaising with suppliers – print, catering, transport, you name it! 
  • Supporting workshops, conferences, and customer training events 
  • Supporting post-event evaluation 
  • Managing marketing collateral and merchandise  
  • Making sure everything stays on-brand 
  • Supporting campaign reporting, internal comms, and PR activities 
  • Tracking budgets, raising purchase orders, and keep spending in check 
  • Owning and managing the digital asset library

This role will suit you if you... 

  • Love organising events and keeping things running smoothly 
  • Have a degree in Events, Marketing, or Life Sciences 
  • Communicate confidently, whether writing, presenting, or chatting face-to-face 
  • Thrive when juggling multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Adapt quickly and enjoy wearing different hats 
  • Are comfortable with Office or Google Suite 
  • Have dabbled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, or social media tools 
  • Have a full UK driving license and can easily travel to Leeds
