Want to take full control of a high-potential territory and drive sales of a shoulder surgery portfolio?

In this role you’ll have the autonomy to shape your own sales strategy, build deep relationships with key clinical decision-makers and make a real impact on patient outcomes. This is a rare chance to work with a fast-growing orthopaedic company that puts your professional development front and centre.

With direct access to an industry-leading education platform, you’ll sharpen your clinical and commercial expertise through tailored training, workshops and structured development programmes. It’s the kind of support that helps you stay ahead of the curve and opens the door to future leadership opportunities.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

They’re a fast-growing orthopaedic devices manufacturer, focused on joint replacement and minimally invasive surgery. Their mission is to improve patient care and outcomes through smart, sustainable innovation. And as for culture, they value autonomy and long-term thinking.

When you join them you’ll get access to a rewarding package that includes performance-based bonuses, and access to an internal training and development platform that’s designed to help you grow your career.

What will your day to day look like?

You’ll be driving sales growth in the South of the UK by developing strong relationships with NHS and private hospital accounts. An average week might look like:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Managing your designated accounts and being the point of contact
  • Advising your customers on best use of the portfolio
  • Training new customers on the products
  • Generating regular pipeline reports and business plans for your region
  • Mentoring junior colleagues to support their development

Success in this role looks like expanding product adoption and increasing revenue.

This role will suit you if you...

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in orthopaedic sales
  • Are experienced in account management and new business sales
  • Understand NHS and private hospital settings
  • Know how to build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders
  • Are comfortable with regular travel in the territory
