You’re ready to have customers of your own. To build the relationships, spot the opportunities, and see your work directly contribute to the growth of a territory.

As a Junior Territory Manager, you’ll develop accounts across the endoscopy market, spending time with customers, building your product knowledge, and creating opportunities to grow sales. You’ll have genuine responsibility while still having the support around you to keep developing your commercial and clinical understanding.

If you’re organised, confident with people, and have some early experience in medical technology, this is a great opportunity to take the next step into territory management and build a long-term career in medtech sales.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
This company is all about endoscopy. For decades they’ve been bringing the latest tech to the market, with the ultimate goal of supporting surgical procedures across the worlds – in both human and veterinary medicine. They’re also hot on making sure their customer service is top notch, working hard to keep their customers happy and their products running smoothly for years.

What’s it like working there? Well, they offer a whole host of benefits. Think access to BUPA healthcare schemes, generous annual leave, mental wellbeing support through an EAP scheme, a company car, the option to buy extra holiday, discounts on your high street shopping, and more.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll drive sales of endoscopic products and solutions across your territory, building customer relationships and managing local sales opportunities. Working closely with your Regional Sales Manager, you’ll help deliver territory targets through a consultative approach.

You will also be:
  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry and quotation through to product demonstration and order.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers across your assigned territory and product portfolio.
  • Working with sales and service colleagues to deliver coordinated customer support before and after purchase.
  • Developing your technical knowledge to confidently explain products and identify suitable solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sharing customer feedback, competitor activity and market insights.
  • Attending customer meetings, exhibitions and workshops, with regular travel and time away from home.

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have relevant medical sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Bring a good working knowledge of the operating theatre environment.
  • Are confident building relationships, presenting products and understanding customer needs.
  • Can organise your workload, manage competing priorities and take ownership of sales projects.
  • Work well within a team and can demonstrate success in positions of responsibility.
  • Remain resilient under pressure and take a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Are comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Are keen to develop your technical expertise and comfortable with regular travel.
