International Sales Manager
UK Wide
You’ve spent years growing international markets and managing distributor networks properly. You know how to build strong channel partnerships, spot commercial opportunities early, and drive growth without needing constant direction. You’re confident in clinical conversations, comfortable operating independently, and motivated by results you can clearly see.
What matters now is ownership. The chance to shape regional growth strategy, work with clinically respected surgical products, and stay focused on commercial impact. You want the autonomy to make decisions, strengthen distributor relationships, and influence how markets develop over the long term.
This International Sales Manager role offers exactly that. With the freedom to operate as a senior individual contributor and the visibility to shape future commercial direction, it’s a role for someone who wants influence, accountability, and room to make their mark.
Who it’s for and what you’ll get
Our client is a global leader with a rich heritage and a strong commitment to clinical safety, sustainable manufacturing, and innovation. With a focus on infection prevention and surgical solutions, they operate at the intersection of quality, care, and sustainability. Recent investments have supercharged their surgical division and now they're looking for forward-thinking talent to help take them to the next level.
Being passionate about the health and wellbeing of patients, it only makes sense that they offer their employees a strong selection of healthcare benefits, access to an EAP, and even life insurance. And this is on top of generous annual leave offerings and a great pension scheme for all employees.
