What will your day to day look like? 

This position will put you at the heart of the sales strategy, with a focus on acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts. A typical day in this role could look like: 

  • Leading and growing a global team of Account Executives and Account Managers to meet their growth goals (set by you) 
  • Driving the growth of the sales pipeline through a variety of methods, such as direct outreach and strategic partnerships 
  • Building key relationships with executive-level contacts, being a trusted advisor 
  • Refining your go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams 
  • Producing weekly forecast reviews and presenting your findings to the VP of Sales, along with suggestions for improvements 
  • Ensuring that planning and budgeting efforts are aligned with other internal teams and their planning processes 

This role will suit you if you… 

  • Have a deep understanding and appreciation of the electricity markets in EMEA 
  • Have at least 7 years’ experience of B2B sales, with 3 of these years in a leadership capacity 
  • Can evidence a track record of hitting (and exceeding) multi-million sales targets 
  • Have a degree in business, engineering, economics, or another related discipline 
  • Are skilled in the craft of building key customer relationships, particularly with executive-level contacts 
  • Know what it takes to build and manage the sales pipeline within a territory structure
