International Regional Business Director

As International Regional Business Director, you’ll take strategic responsibility for driving growth across your region within an orthopaedic devices business. Reporting into the International Sales Director, you’ll set direction, align resources, and work closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategy into execution. What will your day to day look like?
This role is a pivotal leadership role in the business, where you’ll be tasked with driving revenue and profit growth via distributor partnerships. How you’ll do that? An average week might include:
- Identifying and executing expansion and revenue growth opportunities
- Managing relationships with distributor partners and key accounts
- Supporting the development of pricing strategies
- Developing market-specific business plans to expand market share
- Preparing and delivering monthly performance reports and sales forecasts
- Coordinating medical education programs and sales training activities
- Managing distributor contracts and commercial agreements
- Establishing goals and performance metrics

This role will suit you if you…
- Are a seasoned medical device sales leader (5+ years experience)
- Have worked in distributor management
- Understand the orthopaedics/trauma market, or an aligned field
- Love building strong commercial relationships with customers
- Can handle resource planning and prioritisation
- Understand the global medical device regulatory landscape
- Are fluent in Spanish and English
- Can travel up to 50% of the time
