International Marketing Manager

As International Marketing Manager you’ll work closely with clinical customers, guide product and market access strategy, and ensure campaigns are grounded in real-world insight rather than theory. Reporting into the Director of International Marketing, you’ll have the trust and visibility to influence direction at an international level.

What will your day to day look like?
This role is all about driving a marketing strategy that delivers profitability. You’ll be looking after the Extremities portfolio, helping to get it out there in all markets. How you’ll do this? An average day may look like:

Developing the annual regional marketing strategy

Creating and executing new product launch plans

Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and clinicians

Helping the sales teams in OR product training
-
Acting as the voice of the customer
-
Planning and executing regional marketing and education focused events

Handling and following up on leads generated from events
-
Supporting country-specific marketing strategies
-
Getting involved with clinical studies and proposals

This role will suit you if you…

Have a strong track record in a marketing role
-
Have 3+ years' experience in the orthopaedic market

Understand Trauma and Extremities surgery and related products

Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Know how to speak the language of the customer base

Can speak a second European language (ideally Spanish, French or Italian)

Are comfortable with travelling up to 80% of the time
-
Love working collaboratively with other teams
