You like the pace of internal sales. Spotting opportunities, building momentum, and helping a team turn good conversations into real pipeline.

This is a brand-new role, which means you’ll have real influence from day one. You’ll shape the team, improve the process, raise performance, and create a stronger flow of opportunities across the UK.

You’ll be leading from the front, coaching people, setting the standard, and building a sales environment that feels focused, energetic, and successful.

And when you’re in the office, you’ll be working from a brand-new space designed for collaboration, growth, and bringing the team together.

For someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to build something properly, this role has plenty to get stuck into.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is a private equity–backed technology innovator at the forefront of 3D visualisation, digital twins, and immersive solutions. Their platforms integrate seamlessly with leading CAD, PLM, and simulation tools, helping some of the world's largest engineering and manufacturing brands connect the physical and digital worlds.

This year marked a new chapter for the business, with two new majority owners coming on board to back the next phase of growth, reinforcing the company's ambitions to become a leading global partner for digital engineering solutions.

What will your day to day look like?
The key focus of this role is to lead and develop the internal sales team, creating a consistent flow of qualified opportunities and helping turn activity into real revenue growth, as well as:

  • Working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams
  • Reporting on performance, pipeline health, and activity levels
  • Recruiting and onboarding new team members as the function grows
  • Building a positive, high-energy culture with clear accountability

This is a strong opportunity to shape a newly created role, develop a growing team, and have a visible impact on how the business generates pipeline and supports future growth.

This role will suit you if you…
