This is for a company that produces medical devices and products that make patients’ lives better – and more free - through care that’s more personal, better quality, and always effective.
What will your day to day look like?
This role is all about being the link between marketing activities and the real users of the products – from healthcare workers to patients. Your goal is to turn real-life product usage into marketing strategies that put patients first and get results. Your day to day might look a little bit like this:
- Creating marketing strategies that are all about growth
- Monitoring product performance
- Turning customer feedback into propositional content
- Using segmentation to drive GTM strategies
- Producing marketing content and collateral
- Inputting into positioning strategies and value propositions
- Building a network of real customers that you can lean on for insights
- Managing budgets so you’re spending in the right places
- Coordinating product launch activities

This role will suit you if you...
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in marketing in the medical devices space
- Have handled product launches before
- Know how to create and execute strategic marketing plans
- Love developing value propositions for products
- Know how to talk the language of clinical stakeholders
- Are all about customer advocacy
- Thrive on getting face-to-face time with customers (patients and HCPs)
- Can convert feedback into usable insights
- Are happy to travel across the UK to meet customers
