You’ve been close enough to the track to know where performance is really won. In the detail. In the decisions. In how well engineering, data, and people come together under pressure. You’ve led complex technical teams before, and you’re ready for a role where you can shape the whole race programme, not just one part of it.

Now you want the space to think longer term. To set the technical direction, drive innovation, and build a structure that helps the team perform at its best across every race weekend. Less firefighting. More influence. More opportunity to turn experience into a clear competitive advantage.

As Head of Race Technology, you’ll lead the technical vision of the programme and bring together the people, systems, and ideas that move performance forward. It’s a senior role with real authority, direct impact on track, and the chance to help define the next chapter of a motorsport team with serious ambition.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
This is a true household name when it comes to cars. Their racing team is where cutting-edge engineering, racing passion, and the best of craftsmanship come together. They develop high-performance race cars and support teams competing on circuits around the world, all with the  goal of pushing vehicle technology forward. It's a great opportunity to work at the pinnacle of racing performance and solve complex, fascinating engineering challenges.

As for working there, you'll join a team who's strength is their togetherness - no matter your background, you'll be valued for what you bring to the table. Not only that, but they've also been voted a Top Employer of 2026 and are widely known for their support of the local community and dedication to having a positive impact on the environment. There's a lot to like!
